Used the snack stick mixes (straight, pepperoni, and spicy, as well as 21mm collagen cases) to make over 100lbs of smoked elk product (50% elk, 50% pork shoulder). Fantastic outcome. Ordering was easy, fast as well as very courteous folks. Cant wait for next September for hunting season to begin and sausage-fest 2018!

I used the case less method and they got too dry. I still have 1/2 a batch and will try to case it.Otherwise the taste is good and I would recommend them.

I make lots of sausage and snack sticks and I would highly recommend this seasoning for anyone starting out or trying this for elk or venison
