Wild Fish Brine for Smoking

I have used this brine over the years to cure salmon for smoking. One box will do up to 12-15 lbs. of fillets. Good product with predictable results each time. After brining lay out on racks to dry/glaze prior to smoking. Some will add a sprinkle of brown sugar to enhance flavor.

This is an awesome fish coating for use in the boundary waters. Not heavy and seasoned just right to allow the true flavor of the bass or northern to come thru

This Fry Mix is one of the best I have tried, gives the fish a really good flavor and the breading comes out excellent when cooked in butter. I asked my local store to get this flavor, they said they couldn't find it so I got the website off other wild fish mixes and ordered it myself. I was shipped right away. Original and Spicy Blend are our favorites.
