Great seasonings

Hi Country has some of the best brines and seasonings i have ever used. really liked the pacific coast wild salmom brine but this one is just as good on salmon as the other one. I am a long time user of Hi Country seasonings and recommend them highly.
Rocky Mountain Wild Trout Brine mix

They no longer make my old favorite - Pacific Coast Wild Salmon Brine_ so I decided to try this one. It is almost the same. Very good! It uses Honey instead of Maple sugar, and Lemon instead of lime. I highly recommend this Trout brine for Salmon. Enjoy!

Good for Steelhead

Hi Country wild country Brine mix for trout is very good used for smoking steelhead.

Love this product. It is a particularly good brine and always consistent.
A big plus is that the cure salt is in a separate package so for those people that want to avoid sodium nitrite can just leave it out.
